Who owns the space?

This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Let’s discuss the future of Space Law. As part of the discussion, I will emphasize the critical role of law and policy in shaping (and preparing for) the privatization of space. I will touch on public-private partnerships and cross-border relationships as critical ingredients for successful development of the commercial space industry.
